Why do we exercise? to feel good, to look good and for health reasons as well. Fat can be stored in our body and later on creates a problem. With obesity existing in our world, being health conscious is very important. There are times that we just kept on going with our lives without caring for our weight and later than not, we can’t control it anymore and then problem occurs. For us to be able to make sure that we live healthily we try to do different things. To lose weight, we either go on a diet or we go to the gym to work out and burn those unwanted fats, and we look for fat burning product that we can use to get rid of those extra love handles and stay away from heart attack or stroke. It’s not too late, let’s watch what we eat and be aware and monitor our weight and body, for us to live longer and enjoy our lives to the fullest.

True, exercising does help burn fat and makes you feel good, especially when you sweat. Hubby doesn’t go to gym anymore, but I invite him twice a week to walk with me during my paper route (about 14 blocks).
